Optimizing Operations with Our ERP System
Introduced in 2010, our ERP system has been a cornerstone in stabilizing and advancing our management capabilities. It encompasses 12 major functional modules that cover every aspect of our operations—from production planning and raw material procurement to job scheduling, workshop material management, finished goods inspection, storage, and final sales. This comprehensive solution integrates logistics, information flow, and financial flow to provide a robust foundation for efficient management.
The system’s real-time data collection and analysis capabilities allow us to monitor production metrics continuously, leading to improved decision-making and resource allocation. By ensuring that every component of our operation is aligned and optimized, we can maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Building on our ERP system, we adopted the MES in 2021 to further refine our manufacturing management. This system not only tracks Work-In-Progress (WIP) dynamics but also enables real-time monitoring and control of material movements within our facilities. The MES is complemented by a smart electronic material rack lighting system, which guides material picking based on product Bill of Materials (BOMs), achieving smart material management.
Additionally, we have transitioned to frameless steel meshes for solder paste printing, which maintains consistent tension, and employs a polishing process to smooth the aperture inner walls. This enhancement significantly improves our printing quality and increases the number of effective squeegee passes. Managed by MES, these steel meshes are stored in a barcode-managed cabinet that also manages storage locations and issuing operations, ensuring precision and traceability at every step of the manufacturing process.
Our commitment to quality and safety extends to the meticulous monitoring of electrostatic discharge (ESD). The Kapar intelligent anti-static monitoring system covers all critical aspects of our production environment—from the static test gate at the workshop entry to each workstation, equipment, and storage area. This system not only neutralizes environmental static electricity efficiently but also provides real-time data feedback on any abnormalities. All monitoring data is synchronously uploaded to our system server and displayed on a dynamic monitoring electronic board, facilitating immediate action by management personnel.
